The Platán cake

Tamás László, head of our pastry kitchen created the Platán signature cake, inspired by Platán flavors and the one of a kind environment.
The base of the cake is a buttery pistachio sponge cake, with a pistachio cracker layer, with popping candy, champagne jelly made from Platán Champagne J. de Telmont, raspberry cream and Valrhona white chocolate mousse. The cake is decorated with a white chocolate icing and pistachio sponge.

Mille-Feuille

Caramelized butter pastries filled with vanilla cream, strawberries, with chocolate ganache, rhubarb jelly, fresh strawberries, and poached rhubarb.

Available slice options: 6-10-16 slices.

"Free"

Dark chocolate mousse with blackberry purée filling and a coconut meringue layer inside, served on a flourless chocolate sponge cake. Coated in a velvety chocolate, topped with blackberry gel.

Cottage cheese ball

A lemon sponge cake topped with a cottage cheese mousse ball filled with vanilla apricot jam and cashew cream, finished with a jelly swirl and crunchy almond crumbs.

Buttery hazelnut génoise layered with red grapefruit cream, grapefruit jelly, hazelnut crunch, and hazelnut mousse. Coated in a crisp milk chocolate shell and finished with grapefruit gel and fresh grapefruit segments.
