A marvellous cycle

We believe that gastronomy cannot and should not be disconnected from nature, since that is where we source our ingredients from. The closer we are to nature, the better quality we can enjoy in our food. Respect for nature in the kitchen means a respect for the seasons and the seasonality itself. When and what is grown in our own garden is decisive in our recipe development, just as much as the stage of growth the Angus cattle on our farm are in. We create together and constantly change with the seasons.

Our dessert range is the brainchild of Tamás László, who came to Tata after running Gerbaud and Centrál confectioneries with the aim of creating a fresh offer of low-sugar French desserts.

The seasonal, fruit-filled range also includes the Platán dessert, Platán's signature dessert.
